because they don’t necessarily taste the same.

And you can’t take out all the caffeine/fat/sugar/calories without putting something else in it’s place – often artificial (flavourings, colourings, sweetners etc).

Sometimes, the thing being put in place of the bad stuff can be just as bad if not worse.

I’d rather have a coke full of sugar than diet full of who-knows-what. At least I know the risks associated with sugar and know to regulate my intake.

If you take the original pringles or any other original product off the market, people would go nuts because theres tons and tons of people who like the original version of things like pringles or any other type of junk food.

Java and C aren’t usually used for websites, so you won’t need to learn those.

Learn HTML first. It’s simple markup that every web designer must know.

The next step is xHTML, which just sets stricter standards for HTML. It’s exactly the same except for some tighter syntax leashes.

you need to learn HTML before you get into XHTML.

Then you can learn CSS, PHP or ASP.NET, and Javascript.

Don’t worry about Java or C if you’re making websites. Not everyone has JVM on their machine, and PHP does everything you could think of hoping to do with C for the most part.
